I was really, really lucky that a number of times I held the Cadet standard. So in ceremonial events a representative of the adults, the Cadets and the Badgers carry a flag. I was lucky enough to do that a couple of times either at Remembrance Day services or we do an annual carol service in the Manchester Cathedral. So I got to do that a couple of times, and there’s nothing like being part of something as a collective.
